Requirement in Brief:

• Prospective Position : Feet on Street : Market Developers
• Employment : On Rolls of  Third Party Service Provider (IKYA Human Capital Solutions)
• Qualification : Any Graduates with no standing arrears (Arts / Science) (Preferred Arts)
• Location : Anywhere across Tamil Nadu and to be mobile to anywhere in TN
• Language Proficiency : Tamil & English (To be competent in Reading & Writing)
• Nature of Role : Daily Rigorous Market Work of 8 Hours, Outlet to Outlet Order Generation and Cooler Merchandising
• Process of Selection : Application Screening, Aptitude Test, Panel Interview : 1 & Market Stint for 3 days followed by Final Panel : 2 and Selections
• Offer Description : CHENNAI :  TCTC : DOJ – 6 months : INR 140,000 + Monthly PJP Allowance of INR 31,200 (INR100 per day) followed by Certification Test upon completion of 6 months (Detailed TCTC would be discussed in Campus Presentation)
• Offer Description : ROTN :  TCTC : DOJ – 6 months : INR 126,000 + Monthly PJP Allowance of INR 26,500 (INR85 per day) followed by Certification Test upon completion of 6 months (Detailed TCTC would be discussed in Campus Presentation)
